How to play
- Place the four Aces in a centre column as foundations.
- Deal the remaining 48 cards into 8 columns of 6 face-up.
- Build the tableau down regardless of suit, one card at a time.
- Build foundations up by suit, Ace to King.
- Empty columns can hold any card.
Strategy & tips
- Empty a column early - without a stock pile, columns are your only flexibility.
- Don't release a 2 to its foundation if it locks an unreachable 3 elsewhere.
- Citadel is the unforgiving cousin: cards go to the foundation as they appear, never returning.
