Tri Peaks variant

Tri Peaks (Strict) Solitaire

Three peaks of cards. Sweep them with a rolling sequence.

Tri Peaks Strict removes the Ace-King wrap from standard Tri Peaks. Sequences run strictly K → Q → J → 10 → ... → 2 → A and stop there - Aces no longer chain back to Kings. The reduced flexibility roughly halves the win rate, from ~50% in standard Tri Peaks down to ~22%.

  • Strict rules - auto-help, undo or rule-bending shortcuts present in the standard variant are removed.

  • Hunt for the longest possible chain before tapping the stock - every card you skip in a chain is points lost.
