Forty Thieves variant

Miss Milligan (Strict) Solitaire

Two decks. Strict rules. A genuine challenge.

Miss Milligan Strict removes the signature "waiver" move from Miss Milligan - temporary repositioning to resolve a stuck position. Without it, live win rates settle around 12%, putting the variant alongside the harder Forty Thieves cousins.
