Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solitaire Royal mobile application ("App") and the website solitaireroyal.net ("Website"), provided by Solitaire Royal ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App or Website.

End-user license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. You may not distribute, sublicense, lease or otherwise transfer the App or any rights in it to a third party.

Age requirement

The App is intended for users aged 4 and above. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you're under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf.

App description

Solitaire Royal is a collection of classic solitaire card games - Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid, Tri Peaks, Yukon, Forty Thieves, Canfield and 117 others. The App offers customizable card decks, table backgrounds and gameplay variants for entertainment purposes. Gameplay is fully offline; cloud sync via iCloud or Google Drive is optional.

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Subscriptions") that unlock Premium features - additional card decks, table backgrounds and removal of the in-app promotion banner. Available plans:

• Monthly - billed every month
• Yearly - billed every year

Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel any subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play Store).

Lifetime purchase

The App also offers a one-time lifetime purchase that grants permanent access to all Premium features. This is a single, non-recurring payment. Once purchased, it does not expire and does not require renewal.

Free trial

From time to time we may offer free trial periods for subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid one unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel via your device's account settings.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform. We do not process refunds directly. See Apple's or Google's refund policies for details.

Intellectual property

All content in the App and on the Website - graphics, card designs, backgrounds, animations, sounds, text, logos, software - is the property of Solitaire Royal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on any part of the App or Website without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

By using the App or Website, you agree not to:

1. modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the App or Website;
2. remove copyright or proprietary notices;
3. use the App or Website in any way that violates applicable law;
4. use the App or Website to transmit harmful, offensive or unlawful content;
5. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, Website or related systems;
6. use the App or Website in any manner that could damage, disable or impair its operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solitaire Royal and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages - including lost profits, data or goodwill - arising from your use of the App or Website, regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Third-party services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g. Apple, Google, RevenueCat). We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. On termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we change them, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App or Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
