Solitaire Royal is a free, offline card game for entertainment only. It has no deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, entry fees, or account balances, and we never handle real money. If you deposited or withdrew money, or want to close a money-game account, you may be looking for a different app from another company - we have no access to those accounts. Please contact that app's support, or your bank or payment provider.

Subscription & refund issues

All subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple or Google. To request a refund or cancel a subscription, use the Apple or Google support channels - they'll process it directly. Email us first if it's a bug; we'll help advocate for the refund where appropriate.
